Video Proof Before Dispatch: For every order, we record a video showing the product’s condition to confirm it is defect-free before shipping.

Return Process:

2. You will need to arrange delivery of the return to our address at your own expense.

3. Before shipping the return, you must send us a video showing the product being packed, along with the tracking ID.

4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.

Eligibility: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Certain items (e.g., clearance or custom designs) are non-returnable.
